Event Description: The library will feature a “Close the Loop” display with sample products made from recycled materials and free recycling bins will be given to citizens who pledge to start or expand a recycling program.  The library also plans to harness the creativity of the entire community by having a VCR tape crafting contest. Participants can pick up used VCR tapes from the library to use in any sort of crafting project. Projects will be due at the library by November 9.  The display will be up the entire month of November.
