GENERAL INFORMATION ON WHAT WE GATHER:
When you visit AMERICARECYCLESDAY.ORG we collect certain information about your visit that does not identify you personally. We can tell the type of computer, browser, and web service you are using. This general information is used only in the aggregate, much like television ratings. We do not collect any personally identifiable information from you except when you expressly volunteer it as described below.

GATHERING PERSONAL INFORMATION:
The only time we gather personal information at AMERICARECYCLESDAY.ORG is if you take the online pledge. We ask only for your email address and zip code  - other information is optional. The information you give us is considered proprietary and is not used for the development of a data file, is not shared, nor is it rented, loaned, sold or otherwise marketed for use in trade or commerce.

MAILING LISTS / BULK MAIL SERVICES / E-MAIL:
ARD does not gather information that would allow the development of a bulk or mass mailing. Therefore you can be assured that that you will not receive any bulk solicitation from our organization.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES:
Our website has links to many other web sites. When you go to another site, you are subject to the privacy and security policies of that site. AMERCIA RECYCLES DAY cannot attest to the accuracy of information provided there.

DISCLOSURE POLICY:
Information collected at AMERICARECYCLESDAY.ORG will not be sold, rented, lent or otherwise disclosed to anyone other than to State ARD Coordinators (for the purpose of local contest drawings participation). Any personal information you may choose to give us is used only to fulfill the service you have requested, such as entering the national CONTEST.
